The colors shown can vary on computers, tablets, and smartphone screens - all of which affect brightness, saturation, and hue. Please keep in mind that colors shown online or in print may not be exact matches of the physical product color. Our customer service representative will happily answer any questions you have, prior to placing an order.
How do I know what size(s) to order?

Can I print photos on my socks?

No, our custom socks are made on high-quality knitting machines that stitch your design, logo, and colors directly into the sock as they are made. This produces superior quality, durable socks so designs won’t wash out or wear down like screen printed or dye-sublimated socks.
Do you accept purchase orders?

We serve many large volume customers and repeat clients including schools, corporations, and retailers who prefer to set up a business account and submit purchase orders through their accounting departments. What kind of logos or text can I put on my sock?

Email us a BMP, PNG, JPG, or PDF file of the logo you desire for review by our sock design specialists. Please provide the style and size of the sock on which you would like your logo to appear along with up to 13 characters of text. Customization options depend on which sock style you want.
What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order, please call a member of our team at 1.866.436.9786 Monday-Friday, 8 am-4 pm EST. While each case is different, we do not accept returns on socks that have been customized after artwork approval and order confirmation has been received.
Can I track my shipment?

Once the artwork is approved and the order is shipped, Kustom Knits will send you a tracking number so you can follow your order.
If I received a few more socks than I ordered, will I be charged?
-
Due to the nature of manufacturing custom socks, you may occasionally get an overage of 1 or 2 more pairs of socks than you ordered; however, you will never be charged for more than the amount you purchased.
